I forgot my booking code. How do I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your booking codes by clicking on the "Check Your Booking" at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to type your email address and click send button. You will receive all your booking codes by email.

How can I amend my booking?
You can send us your request for amendment by clicking the “Request for Amendment” button on the homepage. Please note that booking amendments are subject to the policy of the service providers.

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online through “Manage my booking” button. Enter your confirmation number and email and click “I want to cancel my booking” button. Please note that cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy that was mentioned when you made your booking.

Can I make booking by email?
Yes, you can send your booking request to booking@dailytravel.com and our reservation team will contact you within 24 hours.

Can I make booking via telephone?
Yes, you can call us at +971 4 2720111. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I make booking using the voice message option on Daily Travel website?
Yes, you can use the voice message option provided on our website. We request you however to say clearly the following in the beginning of the message. Your name and telephone number followed by name of hotel and booking dates. Our reservation team will contact you within 24 hours.

I did not receive my booking confirmation but payment was charged from my credit card. What should I do?
In case you don’t get the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and move it to your inbox. If you did not receive confirmation at all, you might have typed your email address incorrectly at the time of your booking. In this case, you can call our customer support at +971 4 2720111. Alternatively, you can also leave a voice message or send us email to booking@dailytravel.com

Can I pay deposit only and the balance later?
No. Our system does not support deposit only payments.

I want to book a certain hotel but I couldn't find it in Daily Travel. What should I do?
The possible reason could be that the property has no availability on the dates you requested. You may try changing the check-in and check-out dates. Alternatively, you can call our reservation team at +971 4 2720111

After a hotel has been booked, do I need to reconfirm with the hotel?
It is not required but you can also call the hotel 48 hours after you received booking confirmation from Daily Travel. The hotel contact numbers are provided on your voucher.

What is the maximum number of rooms I can book ?
You can book a maximum of 8 rooms but it should be done in two bookings. First booking being 5 rooms and the 2nd booking 3 rooms.

I have special requests for connecting rooms, early check-in, late check-out and smoking preference. How can I send it?
When you make your booking, there is a field (optional) where you can advise your special requests. Kindly note that special requests are at discretion of the suppliers or service providers and always subject to availability. We also recommend to contact the hotel after receiving your booking confirmation to reconfirm your special requests.

Can I make a reservation for another person?
Yes, you can make a reservation for another person. While making a booking, please remember to add the passenger name in the passenger field. You also have the option to add passenger 2.

I cancelled my booking. When do I receive my refund?

All refunds take 15 working days to process from the date of acknowledgment.
